WHY CHOOSE FINE LINE STUDIO?

The result is a one of a kind finish built for your space.  The stencils I use are hand drawn and cut by me, designed for a custom scale and palette for your space. Why not use wallpaper, you ask? Wallpaper only comes in limited colors and the scale is not always right for your space, resulting in a “busy” feeling. Wallpaper, especially good wallpaper, is expensive!  It is often cheaper to go with a hand painted effect.

Process

Step 01: Connect

Let’s connect. I’m happy to chat through your thoughts or answer any questions you may have on whether or not this is the technique you’re looking for. I can be reached through either outlet.

Step 02: Consultation

I need to visit your space. We’ll set up an appointment for me to visit your location and chat through ideas and concerns. I ask that you provide any inspirational pictures, mood boards, or anything else that has inspired the project to get a sense of the style and overall feel you’re looking for. I’ve been shown things such as napkins, fabric, pictures from vacations, and wall paper samples. It can be anything!  During this time we’ll also discuss color, mood, and design and set up a time to meet again with custom samples.

Step 03: Samples

I will not do any project without a sample.  It is a vital step in showing you what product you are purchasing and it eliminates any confusion or guessing.  I like to provide about 3 different samples with a variation in color and technique. They are usually 2ft x 4ft or 4ft x 4ft. I’ll bring the samples to the space and we’ll then discuss likes and dislikes.  I prefer to leave the samples in the space for you to review for a few days (or as long as you need) to make sure you are happy.

Sample Boards: $200

(Prices may vary depending on the project)

Step 04: Project start

After you’ve approved your color and design we are ready to proceed.  A written proposal will be provided and we’ll schedule a time to start the project with a set time for completion. A deposit is required at the start of the job and final payment due upon completion.  I promise the project will be done on time and within the discussed budget. During the project neatness and customer service are a priority.
